What are your hours/days you are available for orders?

We are currently available for pickups Tuesday-Saturday. We schedule appointments for pickup based around our deliveries for each day, so we do not have concrete hours each week. 

I submitted my order but I haven’t heard back yet? Why?

We respond to all form submission inquiries within 48 hours, except for on the weekends and Holidays. We are out of the office Saturday and Sunday. We will get back in touch with you by Monday afternoon if you inquire on a weekend. If you haven’t heard back from us and it has been 48 hours, please check your spam folder! Often our responses end up there. If you still haven’t heard back from us, and it has been over 48 hours, and it is not a weekend, please call us and leave a voicemail. We will make sure to get back in touch with you ASAP. 

Do you have a storefront?

No, unfortunately at this time, our storefront is not open. However you are able to order all of our previous storefront items for pickup!

Why it by appointment only?

We are by appointment only because we tend to pack our schedules every day with deliveries, and we want to ensure we are at the bakery when our customers arrive. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time. *Please note* We will not have your item(s) available before your scheduled pickup time, as we make everything very last minute to ensure freshness. If you arrive before your pickup time, you may text or call to check if your item is ready, but you may be asked to wait in your vehicle, or outside at our sitting area until we are ready. 

Do you offer vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free cakes?

Yes! We do offer vegan, gluten-friendly, and dairy-free cakes! Please note we do make a lot of our products with these allergens, so cross-contamination is always a possibility. Our vegan cake flavors include strawberry, carrot, and chocolate. Our dairy-free cakes include carrot, strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, almond, raspberry almond, lemon and blueberry lemon. All of our cake flavors currently can be made gluten friendly! To order an allergen friendly cake it must at least be a 6” round size.

Are you a kosher facility?

Unfortunately we are not a kosher environment. 

Are you an allergen free facility?

We are not an allergen free facility but when we become aware of an allergy, we are hypervigilant when we are preparing our customers’ orders. 

Do you offer dye-free cakes?

Yes, we do offer dye-free cakes if necessary! Our only request is that you let us know you are interested in a dye-free cake because we normally include dye in orders that require colors. 

Does your cream cheese icing have butter?

Yes! Our cream cheese buttercream is considered one of our homemade buttercreams. It contains butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream. 

Is your icing just buttercream?

All of our buttercreams contain butter, cream, powdered sugar, and an assortment of wonderful flavors!

What if I just want buttercream icing, no flavor?

Our classic house buttercream is vanilla flavored. If we were to just make “buttercream icing” it would just taste like butter. (: 

How soon do I need to eat my goodies after I pick them up?

We recommend eating cupcakes, and other small goodies the day of pickup. We recommend cakes being eaten within 48 hours after pickup.  However, the longer you wait to eat your goodies the more chance there is for the cakes to dry out. We don’t add any preservatives in our cakes, so they don’t last as long as a store bought cake. 

How do I store my cake?

Please keep your cake in a refrigerator until at least two hours before you plan to eat the cake. If you are planning to eat your cake a few days later, we would recommend wrapping the cake tightly with plastic wrap and storing it in the freezer. Then take the cake out the night before to let the cake thaw. Wrapping the cake properly and freezing it is the best way to help the cake not dry out. If you need help figuring out how to properly wrap the cake we recommend youtubing a video on how most cake bakers wrap theirs! 

Do you provide flowers for cakes?

Yes! We love adding fresh flowers to cakes! Most of the flowers, such as roses, carnations, etc. are not edible, but we do offer the option of small edible flowers. 

Do you pipe buttercream flowers?

Unfortunately this is not a style we currently do. However, you are more than welcome to order a cake with fresh flowers!

Is my order custom-order?

Yes, all of our items are considered a custom order. 

Do you ship orders?

At this time we are not shipping any of our goodies!

Do you deliver orders?

Yes! Contact us for our delivery rates! We offer delivery up to 55 minutes away from our shop. 

Do you make all custom cake designs?

We do not make above a pg-13 style cake, haha! If your grandma wouldn’t want to see it, we won’t create it. This includes inappropriate writing as well! :)

How far out do you book?

Currently we are booking about a month in advance for all orders! Fill out an order form to see if we can accomodate your order. We are so thankful to have such wonderful customers!!

Do you take last minute orders?

Unfortunately, we are normally unable to take last minute orders. We only take a few large custom cake orders a day, and often book up for certain weekends at least a month in advance. We like to dedicate all our time to make sure each order is perfect, and this often takes many hours. If you’d like to check to see if we have time to create a classic simple cake week of, please still reach out and we will let you know. If our website already states we are booked, we will not be able to take the last minute order. 

You are booked for my date, can I order my goodie for a pickup date before my actual event?

Do you make other flavors other than what is on your website?

Currently we are only baking the ones listed on our website! We rotate flavors based on the seasons! :)

Is it true that once I say the word wedding the price of my cake goes up?

No haha, this is a myth. Our cakes per person are priced off of the difficulty of the design and details that go into creating the cake. It is also priced based on the flavors of the cake chosen. We price each cake the same way rather it be for a wedding, birthday, or just for a random event. 

Are you hiring currently?

At this time we are not hiring for any positions. 

Are you still making royal icing cookies?

We are currently only making large wholesale order royal icing cookies. These are one design per 50 cookies. We are not making small order, multiple design royal icing cookies at this time.
